We want you to be completely obsessed with your Juicy Couture purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed to avoid transit delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
